By accessing, registering for, or completing the AI-Based Skill Gap Assessment provided by ELEVATES, you confirm that you are voluntarily submitting your information and agree to the terms set out below.

1. Voluntary Submission of Information

You confirm that the information, responses, documents, and details submitted by you, including personal, educational, professional, career, and skill-related information, are provided voluntarily and to the best of your knowledge are accurate and complete.

2. Purpose of Data Collection and Use

ELEVATES may collect, store, process, analyse, and use the information provided by you for the purpose of conducting an AI-enabled skill gap assessment, generating personalised insights, identifying learning and development needs, and suggesting suitable career pathways, courses, certifications, mentorship, counselling, or other relevant programmes and services.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence

You understand that ELEVATES may use artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and related technologies to process your responses and generate assessment results, recommendations, and learning suggestions. Such results are indicative in nature and are intended for guidance and development purposes only.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The assessment results, recommendations, and career guidance provided by ELEVATES do not guarantee employment, admission, promotion, placement, income, business success, certification, or any specific career outcome. Final decisions regarding education, employment, career, or business remain solely with you.

5. Permission to Contact You

Subject to your consent, you authorise ELEVATES and its authorised representatives to contact you through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or other appropriate communication channels for career counselling, assessment support, programme recommendations, learning opportunities, events, and other services that may be relevant to your stated interests.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

ELEVATES will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. Your information will be used only for the stated purposes, or for any other purpose for which your separate consent is obtained.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent for future communications or request withdrawal of consent for processing of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements, by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing already carried out before receipt of your withdrawal request.

8. Age and Authority to Consent
